All the helmets have been researched by ITS Institute in Warsaw (no. of certificate WE/15/01/05), they fulfill the requirements of 1078 : 2000 standards and have CE mark.
Our helmets can be used for MTB racing, road racing, for skateboard.
Technical description:
The bike helmets are produced in technology rests on connecting of polystyrene shell with protective PVC foil by polypropylene adhesive strap.
The polystyrene parts is covered by PVC foil, what makes it aesthetic.
The foil is painted by three-layers varnish, what makes additional protection against mechanical damages.
Strap system made of polypropylene attends the right fastening of the helmet.
Strap system is regulated by slip locks made of Nylon, produced by National
Molding company in Italy and buckle made of Acetal, produced by ITW NEXUS
Spain.
Headring placed in a back part of helmet is also a part of regulating system.
Internal part of the helmet is equipped in some linings, made of polyurethane foam covered by velvet fabric, which intensify comfort of using.

Shell – made of black polystyrene (EPS)
PVC shell – made of PVC foil, thickens 0,15 – 0,70 mm
Fastening buckle – made of Acetal; producer ITW Espana, S.A.
Slip-lock – made of Nylon, producer National Molding Europe
Strap system – made of polypropylene, width 15 mm.
Linings – made of polyurethane foam covered by velvet fabric
